After facing public conflict in South Florida, I moved back to New Orleans, ready to lead with humility, rebuilt in resilience, and committed to compassion. I am dedicating my time to bringing my message to board rooms, classrooms, churches and conferences. Whether as a keynote speaker or a workshop leader, I break through the boundaries that limit vulnerability. I work to create a space for care courage, and collaboration.

Conviction
Conviction should be driven by compassion. If you want to make a difference, the next time you see someone being cruel to another human being, take it personally. Own it as a conviction and become an advocate.
Courage
Faith is a place of tension, where we find the courage to believe in what we cannot see and the strength to do something about it. Let go of the fear of what people will think, of the possibility of failure and do the right thing. Let your courageous voice be heard.
Creativity
What is Creativity? The relationship between a human being and the inspiration of the divine. We look to the problem and we do something about it. We collaborate and create beauty to fight brokenness.
